# App doesn’t say how many sprays for Ashwaganda

Hello! I just received my pack, and I’m keen to get started, but I couldn’t really find what dosages I’m supposed to take? In the intro vid it says three after dinner and three before bed? Is that the same for all formulas?

Hi that’s the general idea but if you are experiencing anxiety you can take 3 sprays of Ashwaganda in the daytime and then before bed. There have been a few more posts on this subject, hope it helps.
