I just had to come on this morning and say WOW 🤩 I have been sleeping so well since starting and it’s only been a few days!!! As a menopausal woman sleep is a bit hit and miss and I’m usually up several times to pee or because of a hot flush but the last two nights have been a game changer THANK YOU!! x
