I’ve just been told by Evri that they found my parcel they received on October 22nd but it is damaged and cannot be delivered☹️. It’s marked Huboo technologies - I think that’s my sprays??? ---

Hi @Katherine, thanks so much for reaching out (and thanks @Aaron for the tag! 💙 🙏) Hubboo technologies are our fulfilment centre, so that will have been our latest shipment of fragrance / Focus sprays. I’ve gone ahead and arranged for another shipment to you, so fingers crossed the Evri delivery couriers go easy with this one! 🤞😊 In the meantime, if you would be so kind as to forward that email from Evri to alex@sofi.health and carlo@sofi.health, we’ll be able to raise a claim for the damaged capsules. 📦
