I’ve been waiting quite a few weeks and followed instructions but still no delivery or any sign of one? ---

The first thing, I’ve done all the activities on the app and added my address about 3-4 weeks ago and have seen and heard nothing since ---

I think it should be sent out soon. There has been a vast influx of new pioneers recently and hundreds of pebbles have to be sent out. I’m tagging @alexwalkerjones - she will be able to advise you and reassure you.
