Do I skip my sprays whilst I have cold?

I’m currently ill with a cold I think, and wanted to know whether I should continue with my sprays or not?

It’s the time of year for it @OberonMoon - sorry to hear the seasonal cold has got you!

Absolutely no need to stop your sprays. Unfortunately Passiflora is not a cure for colds, but won’t do any harm.
