# Dreams on passiflora

Since using the passiflora formula, my dreams have been pretty intense.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I normally don’t remember much of my dreams. Occasionally I will have a dream that really sticks, but these days I seem to be dreaming all night long. Sometimes I wake for a comfort break but when I dive back into bed the dream just continues. I’m not complaining as I quite enjoy a good dream. But it is noticeable that I dream more and more intensely.

Definitely same for me!! Very vivid and action-oriented dreams the past few days!

Not a bad thing as you said, but I will perhaps just cut down on my thriller movies before bed and opt for something a little more peaceful 🥰😂

I haven’t had a dream for ages, probably due to my awful sleeping. I’m so looking forward to getting my passion flower and hopefully some lovely dreams too 🥰

I took it last night for the first time … I had a small “dream-reality”cross fade which I never have … usually I either don’t dream (probably don’t sleep long enough) or I can’t remember my dream … but there was definately a bit of “cross-fade” between dream and wake … could have been you talking about it the other day @alexwalkerjones so will see if it prolongs … it’s amazing to me how these plants really can affect me so fast … now I’m someone who won’t take a pill even when I have a headache but maybe it was just a one off … let’s see how I get on. Will write any dreams and cross fades here xx 🙏
