Hi, @alexwalkerjones is ok to return the pods, old and new in the same package? Do we use the returns label that came with the ashwagandha pods? Im out of my beloved passiflora, so I’m hoping the subscription will kick in soon.

Absolutely. Please feel free to return both new and old used - and unused (but perhaps unwanted) - capsules in the same package.

That prepaid returns label you have will ensure that they all make it back to us in the lab for eventual re-use in line with our [closed loop recycling / re-use plan](https://treehouse.sofi.health/t/recycling-the-pods/3348/3)
