Started spray last night … had little sleep… but good sleep 🤷‍♀️  
2nd spray this morning … hopefully pasiflora round TWO will be as awesome as round ONE!

Good morning…i am a carer, and this 2weeks i find mysepf with a client that sleeps 2hrs then wakes 😵‍💫 - BUT spray IS gifting me a very very peaceful sleep every 2 hrs 😁 even tho it is broken sleep its a good sleep  
SIX NIGHTS IN!

Two weeks and a bit  
Unfortunately i cant sleep through as thenlady i care for wakes 4-5-6 times a night  
BUT between sleep is AWESOME 👌
