Is anyone sleeping better on the passiflora? I remember with valerian many people saying they slept really well and it made a difference. Not seeing much from passiflora 🀷 My sleep hasn’t improved I had one good night the other night have been horrendous ![Screenshot_20220906-055101](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/treehouse/original/2X/a/ace6a5647f420a45fe3dd9fa05fbc76fce84c164.jpeg) So I would go back to valerian as don’t think passiflora is working for me personally 🀷🀷 Have started pod no 1 yesterday taste πŸ₯΄πŸ₯΄ might have to get used to. πŸ˜…πŸ˜… ---
