Hi All . I have had a message saying that my capsule isnt recognised. I have ignored it since I am still getting sprays. Although it is showing no sprays for the last 3 days I have been spraying as normal. Meg x ---

Have you tried taking it out and putting it back in again? ---

Hi @Meg, It would be great to get a few more details so we can look into what’s going on. Has your sofi pod been recently charged at all? And just to confirm, is the pod paid, but the capsules are still not recognised? Many thanks!! We will see what we can do to get you up and running again to track those sprays πŸ™Œ 🌱 ---
