This is amazing @Dld342662! Please feel free to move on to your next capsule whenever your current capsule runs out, ideally with one day of pausing sprays in between! Our of curiosity, how long did the 70 fragrance sprays last? Did you find it easy to get into a routine of spraying them throughout the day? ---

The spray actually lasted 3 days it was a great fragrance not strong at all and I did have a routine because it smells so good I knew to spray it.
