I agree with you in not liking the calm journal. It just makes my anxiety rise even more while trying to complete it, which I certainly don’t need. I also find the bubbles a bit frustrating and kind of silly, like a kid’s game. Would prefer just a simple checkist. I also don’t understand how my score is determined…does the time of day I complete it influence the score? It varies a lot even tho I complete it daily. Am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my pasiflora pack…can’t wait to try it!! So hoping it helps with both sleep and anxiety. ---

I like the slide change on the journal entries. It’s much easier than the wheel. Good call whoever in the Sofi team fixed it ---

Your sofi still comes with an initial battery which, once activated will last between 7-10 days. After that, due to shipping laws that prohibit the shipping of loose batteries, we are unable to provide back-ups, so you will need your own. I brought 10 batteries on ebay for 2.99 That will last you through till we start s3,then I believe we want need batteries with the new sofi stick. ---

I’ve started taking my battery out and only put it in when I spray. And immediately take it out again after I’ve done my sprays.
