Hi @rich, Thrilled to have you here and it sounds like you’re already on the right track! Your journey begins by downloading your sofi app and completing your journal for 10 consecutive days (nearly there)! This is because before we can send a Pioneer Box to you, we need to establish a baseline of your current mood and sleep (for a total of 10 days) within the app in order to later measure any effect from the plants. Once your “baseline” of 10 days is complete, we’ll send you an email to verify your address followed by a small surprise for you to receive in the mail. This is our fun way to confirm that your Pioneer Box and plant pods will make it to you - wherever in the world that might be! We ask that you continue the habit of daily journaling in the meantime. Once you’ve received your surprise, then your Pioneer Box is officially reserved under your name. Depending on where we are with production and harvesting of the plant, the next Program will launch and this is where we ship your Pioneer Pack. I received the pioneer program pack with 3 X S1 valerian pink no3 sprays and used it for 8 days and thought it wasn’t helping me with my sleep improvement. I gave up for 3-4 days and during that time I have really realised how bad my sleep was without the valerian spray which I now look back on much more favourably than before and should have not stopped for the few days I have… Fortunately I still have two more of the pink S1 valerian no3 bottle sprays left and have just used the first three evening sprays. It tastes great, much better than I remember and I now associate the taste with winding down and relaxing. Looking forward to the 3 before bed sprays and returning on to improving sleep again! Feel very honoured to be part of this programme and to be working some great people and plants, My belief that plants are much more then pretty flowers that we admire or eat but they very beneficial for us and a way of life to help with struggles. My pebble is on its way, so im not sure if the link to my vape being sent is for me or not ?? I have completed my Journals so ??? I hope so as anxiety an small sleep is hard to coupe with at times. If i have to wait till after my pebble is here an done the photo of that, its ok…at least i know im getting closer to getting some help… you guys are grate for helping all of us ---

It typically takes about a week from when we receive your address (after your 10 day baseline is complete) for your sofi surprise to make it to you. This will be on it’s way first thing this week, so keep an eye out for it headed your way! 😊 📨 Once it arrives, make sure to follow the next steps on your pioneer journey map (compass icon) in-app, as this will allow your Pioneer Pack to be reserved, so we can ship your sofi pod (smart spray, designed to track and deliver our ingestible, plant-based formulations for better sleep and calm) 😴 🛏 I hope that helps to explain, and if you have any questions, please reach out anytime! ---
