Regarding email received regarding outdated app

I received an email a while ago (sorry for being MIA for so long) saying I was using an outdated version, but there’s still no update available to me. So I need to download a different app?


Hi @t-michelle , mine didn’t update either so I uninstalled and then downloaded the app again from Play store. Seemed to work ok afterwards.
Currently using v2.5.4


Yes, wether the store says there’s an update seems to depend a bit on wether you use android or Apple. Although the Apple app never did send me a message to let me know it was time to update. I just had to check the store at regular intervals.
