# Sleeping with passiflora

So I slept for 7 and a half hours, and I had the most bizarre dream, I was trying to swim in a massive Bailey’s cheesecake 🤣🤣 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ how did everyone else sleep ? And did anyone have any weird dreams ?

Brilliant! I’m finding something similar for me as well … I never dreamt or at least if I did I would never remember them. I am definitely beginning to sleep more sound (but I’m always super responsive) … but unlike valerian I am beginning to dream and also more vivid dreams … we had this story about sleep with passiflora ….

At least in the case of this N-of-1 I concur! Maybe I can train myself to attend more of these when I’m sleeping!

🤣🤣🤣 what a very funny dream i have to say i do have some strange dreams anyway so i wonder what ill experience 🤔
