Smart pod not registering sprays

Hi?
I received my S3 box last week and it’s just not registering the sprays correctly at all. It either doesn’t register I’ve sprayed or it says I’ve already done one or two sprays when I’ve done none.
I’ve tried doing the sprays slower incase that was the reason.
This morning when I paired it said I’d already sprayed twice at 1.30am? :sweat_smile:
Any tips or ideas?

Hi @Looc,

Thank you for posting with your issue and so glad that your Pioneer Pack made it to you. I’m just tagging @Kirill so that he is aware of the problem, however, I believe the same is occurring to several pioneers, and that a solution is already in the works. Thanks for you patience with us while we get this solved! :pray:
