This is awesome @Peter and so pleased that your stater pack with the S3 kit has made it across to you … you are beginning your journey with the 02 formulation I think which happens to be the one that I began mine … and in this photo it’s it’s first capsule on the left (to the right of your sofi pod)! Can’t wait to see how you and Ashwa get along! 👍🙏

I picked the wrong one r3 to connect can I change it for the right one R2 or will this mess things up? Was to eager to set it up sorry.

It doesn’t matter at this stage @Peter … probably best to stick to No.3 at this time and let’s discover how Ashwa builds up in your system and impacts you 🙏
