If that’s what the directions say and if you have the herbal mouth spray and not the new fragrance sprays, then yes.

Always a good differentiation to make now! I have had to remind myself to triple check which formulations everyone is on now that we have two with very different delivery methods 😊 😆
Thankfully, our fragrances are all natural and non-toxic by nature 🤞
