Good afternoon Treehouse huggers Hope your all well and safe šŸ’™ Im still having trouble connecting my stick to the appā€¦ive even put a new battery in the light comes when its facing upwards then i canā€™t put the lid on,when I put it the other way the light doesnā€™t workā€¦Iā€™ve tried my tablet as well as my phoneā€¦ive tried without WiFi just my data ā€¦still nothingā€¦Iā€™ve tried over riding the app which @alexwalkerjones @Kaveh kindly sent me no such luckā€¦šŸ™ˆšŸ¤ŖšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøā€¦I donā€™t know why it wont pairā€¦šŸ„ŗ šŸ¤”šŸ™„big hugs ā¤šŸ‘µšŸ»šŸ•šŸ˜˜ ---

Definitely the Bluetooth talk to each other sometimes if the internet is slow that can have a negative effect ---

Iā€™m no expert but usually if you log out then back in it should recify it ---

You shouldnā€™t need a code to pair with Sofi Have you logged out of Sofi app then re enter your email and password to log back in ---

As Chris said it should be pairing through the app not Bluetooth settings itself, try not to get too frustrated with it though as Chris also said youā€™re not alone there are some other pioneers having this issue but Iā€™m sure the team are working on a solution šŸ™‚ ---

Thank you @Aaron & @chris.king5 ā¤ā€¦Alex and I did a zoom call on Thursday and Kaveh was trying to help as well. I think itā€™s the actual stick itself is the problem. Hopefully Iā€™ll get sent a new one šŸ¤žā€¦ Xx ---

Without the bluetooth active the sofi stick and the sofi app cannot communicate and establish a data bridge together @mandy.lodge91 ā€¦ we just are in the process of release a survival guide for pioneers @mandy.lodge91 and let me know if the steps in here help you with addrssing this pairing issue.
