So yeah the pod is fully charged but I cannot connect the pod to my phone. Any tips would be appreciated. ---

Hi @OberonMoon Please make sure that: - Location services are enabled for sofi in your phone settings - Bluetooth is on in your phone settings Also when you try to pair do you see a blue light on the pod? ---

The light coming on is a really good sign! So I am confident this is something we’ll be able to get solved! Could you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? This can sometimes act as a re-boot - and I know when it comes to pairing, a few Pioneers have had success with this. Should it still not work, I suggest we organise a quick zoom to make note of anything odd happening - and tagging @Kirill here in case there is anything to add. Fear not Abi! We’ll get you up and running in no time 😊 xx ---

I’d say it’s more about logging out and logging back in than app re-install. But worth trying both, why not! ---

Okay so, I logged out then back in and seems it had logged me into a different account before, which could of been the issue. I have now got the pod paired and formulation is in. ---
