Thank you! So many people have cancelled because of the weather and illness; to be expected I guess. But, I aim to celebrate properly with those that do make it and appreciate their efforts. I got cake for everybody also 😃 I’m so happy to be here too, everybody is so nice and I feel part of the family already… 🥲 ---

Hi,depends how u feel,if im home from work like 2am something dead easy like schitts creek or grace and frankie,if a day off a good you tube romcom or binge watch a show on netflix like pretty little Liars,snowpiercer,gilmore,funny sandler films etc xxx ---

When I can’t sleep I don’t watch series on Netflix. Instead I listen to Joseph Goldstein, a meditation teacher. He has a podcast called Insight Hour Podcast, available on Spotify and other platforms. His voice is calming and after a while I doze off to sleep. I listen with headphones in bed, as not to disturb my husband. 🧘 🛌 😴 ---

Omg so funny!!i can rewatch any of the episodes!just started One of us is lying and its good so far,not my usual show but easy to watch.Grace and frankie is so good too ---

Absorbing as a show is i know its not good for me staying awake,i smoke cigs too so ill be out for a few puffs with a show.Quit drinking 3 years ago so thats helped heaps as id stay up drinking w tv and lots of ciggies sigh☺️Tipsy sleep is not really sleep i found xxx ---
