Hi my name is Kerry. I am 38 years old. I live with my 2 best friends and my cat missy in petworth UK Im originally from west Sussex but had to move away from there as my ex of 17years lives there and he was very violent and used coercive control over everything and also nearly killed me twice in one night. I have PTSD and chronic depression and panic disorder. I dont think I’ve slept a decent nights sleep in years! I have tried everything and things have never really improved. I am looking forward to trying a herbalistic approach to sleep as my body has been through enough including addiction in the past and i need to take more care of myself.
