Hello, im Alex 34 from Eastbourne on the South Coast.

I have 2 children Alice who is 6 and Alfie who is 4 and my soon to be wife Jessica.

I have up till the last year never had a issue with sleep, i was the guy who could quite easily nod off on the sofa half way through a conversation.

When we found out my boy was diagnosed with autism it was a tuff time and i found myself not being able to switch off, and now i find myself dealing with anxiety and over thinking most of the time subconsciously.

Not being able to sleep really is something that has effective everyday life and the people i love most.

I feel lucky i have found sofi and what a grate group of people i have read about and talked to so far.

Here’s to 2022 and making insomnia and mental health somthing we can help each other with.
