I live in Carlisle and moved here 5 yrs ago from Peterborough, i used to love mountain biking with my husband and also on my own but i am unable to do what i used too because of the pain i experienced. I found out i had fibro and with a few other health conditions i had before the fibro, Sleep has always been a problem for me i have found that although i still have bad nights they are no way near what they used to be before finding Sofi and becoming a pioneer on the S2 programme.
