I’m a mum to two teenage girls. I have 4 cats, 2 dogs and 1 hamster (love animals). I don’t do social media so find things I need to talk on online difficult but strangely I’m a blether. Had anxiety on and off most of my adult life and poor sleeper and suffered trauma summer last year so been a struggle with every part of life especially the lack of sleep!!
