Hi everybody, my names Kristine and I’ve never been a “good” sleeper, either not sleeping through, sleeping too much, in any instance waking up feeling like I’d only been in bed for 5 mins. I always thought that was just me and that’s how I slept and I had to just ‘deal with it’ untill I got a Galaxy watch a few years ago and started to record my sleep. I realised that no matter how long I slept for I was getting hardly any ‘deep sleep’, the proper restorative sleep. I have looked into methods for initiating good sleep but none seem to specifically target the deep sleep stage. I’m taking supplements, have a pretty regular routine, comfy bed, blah, blah, and actually look forward to going to bed at the end of the day but refreshing deep sleep eludes me. I will keep trying to find that magic cure untill that day I finally succumb to the deepest dreamless sleep there is…
