Almost 40, chronic insomniac with an Autistic son who seems to follow my exact pattern of brain exploding into action the minute sleep is on the horizon. My Daughter and her Dad are snoring within seconds of hitting the pillow. Also have a Tendency to have epic 4 nighters of zero sleep which lead me to 1 eventual night of deep but broken sleep, with extremely interesting intevals of sleepwalking shenanigans, which make for incredible stories, but are objectively fairly dangerous and leave me drained for days. I’ve tried everything available and have high hopes for the journalling/spraying process! Excited to be here!
