I am 54, originally from Preston, Lancs but moved to Costa Del New Brighton (thats what i like to call it anyway, about 25 years ago.
I have always had sleep issues since working nights for a year and started with anxiety.
Things are better but i was recently attacked and blinded in one eye so my sleep has been affected hugely, probably with increased anxiety . I came across SOFI one night when i couldn’t sleep and i googled ‘how to sleep better’ or something similar. And here i am, eagerly waiting to try out the S3 pioneer pack and hopefully get better sleep . I work full time but am off for a while due to the injury. Updating this as in mid November 2022 I fell down my stairs due to misjudging my top step because of my eye, now have a shattered collarbone, 2 cracked ribs and damage to my eye socket so have had another operation. Ashwaganda can’t come soon enough, and the end of 2022!! Haha. Life goes on…
