Hi, I’m 45 and suffer from Narcolepsy and more recently what I think is insomnia caused by side effects of medication .
Iv two older children both with health issues so very anxious.

Starting a new job soon and coming off sleeping pills do really hoping this does something

I love baking, gardening, sloths and making people happy
