Hi guy’s it’s been a while, I had to stop my program because of ill health and had quite a serious operation from which I am fully recovered.
So I have missed a lot of how much you guy’s have gotten through but I hope to catch up. Not make anyone jealous I have the perfect opportunity to do this on a beach from Sunday on the Costa del sol.
