Hi @Janeyb - with your ashwagandha starter pack you should have received a little prepaid returns label sticker that you can affix to any packaging of your choice in order to return any empties to us back at the lab.

As @sarahmay86 helpfully provided with her link, you’ll see in that this allows us to cut down on our waste and eventually to find a way to re-use our perfectly good glass formulation capsules time and time again.

Please also feel free to wait until your refill capsules are empty to send them alongside the ashwagandha ones should you wish
