I have finished all the sprays, a bit sad because it definitely made me feel calmer although I don’t think it helped me sleep.
So what do I need to do to complete the study?

It’s been an amazing study so far with some incredible findings generated! Excitingly, our next big app improvement will begin to include the results of sofi’s analysis for you to see and reflect on accordingly.
In the meantime, please feel free to select the “end my study” button on your pioneer journey map ( 
) as long as you are done with all sprays, and keep up the good journaling work ahead of any refills
