Non arrival of pebble

Hello, I think my pebble has gone astray. Evri contacted me to say a parcel was on its ways to me which never arrived. They managed to ‘lose’ it in the space of six hours… I didn’t know who it was from so I did a bit of detective work and discovered through Huboo Technologies today that the parcel was from yourselves. Could I have another pebble sent to me please. Very many thanks Pah

How do you know it has been lost in 6 hours?
Evri often say a parcel is on its way but it can take a few days to arrive after you get the message.
It is small enough to fit through a letter box.
Maybe wait a couple of days and see if it arrives?

This has been ongoing since last month, delivery was due 1st June and Evri have confirmed they have lost the package. They could only tell me it came via Huboo who today confirmed where it originated from. I doubt nearly 3 weeks later it will arrive

Fair enough, I didnt know that.
I have had many bad experiences with Evri. I wonder if they thought that changing their name from Hermes would improve their reputation?!
It didn’t do much for Sellafield when they changed the name from Windscale !

Yes, I groan inwardly when I see their name is the delivery company being used.
