Hi, have you done the necessary steps, confirmed your address etc ?
You can see where you are on the stepping stones under the compass icon at the bottom of the first screen of the app.

Hi @Meme2788 - we had some delays with our fulfilment centre but they are on their way! Unfortunately exact ETA is hard to determine (we don’t include tracking on our pebbles), but if you haven’t received it in the next week, please let me know and we’ll be sure to send another in case the first has gone astray!
