Hi. Can anyone tell me how would I know if id be receiving a sofi box as well? I signed us a couple of days back and have been journaling on the app which says I should pair my stick once I receive it but doesn’t say when I would get it.

Hi Amanda , once you complete your 10 days journalling as a baseline you will then be able to receive your sofi suprise which has many uses but will also help the team to confirm your address and that you will receive the formula etc will tag @alexwalkerjones incase I missed anything

Hi @amanda1clarke23 and welcome to sofi! We are so glad you found our community here and thrilled to have you onboard.
As @Aaron kindly mentioned, your journey as a Pioneer begins by downloading your sofi app (check 
) and completing your journal for 10 consecutive days. This is because before we can send a Pioneer Pack to you, we need to establish a “baseline” of your current mood and sleep in order to later measure any effect from the plants. Your journaling continues long after the 10 days, but we use 10 days as a benchmark before we can verify your address.
Once your baseline of 10 days is complete, the next step is to confirm your address and receive a small surprise from us to confirm that your Pioneer Pack (containing your sofi pod and plant formulations) will make it to you - wherever in the world that might be!
Finally, once your surprise is received, your Pioneer Pack will be officially reserved under your name and will be shipped to you following production of the next wave.
