Fascinating! I also heard people added tart cherry juice to their evening “mocktails” as a way to wind down and have a better night’s sleep. I haven’t thought to look up the serotonin content!

Looks like I have a new bedtime snack to trial. I love frozen grapes but I might now try peeling, slicing and freezing kiwis.
