As well as taking the sofi sprays, which are helping so much, I’m trying some other things that have been suggested. I dont drink any liquids after 8pm, so I’m not waking in the night to go pee and I’m having a small snack, like toast or similar, shortly before bed, so I’m not waking with a start during the night because I’m hungry. The sofi sprays are helping me be relaxed and calm (I’ve noticed a diffrence on nights when I’ve missed the second set of 3 sprays) and along with the other changes my sleep had improved so much.
I agree. Which are you on? Valerian?
Yep, I’m on that, the grapefruit one. A bit bitter, but all right.
Did you find that they had more of the carrier liquid taste to start with, but more actual flavour after a few days?
Hmmm. Not sure. I do think that the taste, or the mouth’s response to it, changes over time.
I guess everyone is different and it’s part of the trial.
