I’ve just been told by Evri that they found my parcel they received on October 22nd but it is damaged and cannot be delivered☹️. It’s marked Huboo technologies - I think that’s my sprays???

Hubboo technologies are our fulfilment centre, so that will have been our latest shipment of fragrance / Focus sprays. I’ve gone ahead and arranged for another shipment to you, so fingers crossed the Evri delivery couriers go easy with this one! 
In the meantime, if you would be so kind as to forward that email from Evri to alex@sofi.health and carlo@sofi.health, we’ll be able to raise a claim for the damaged capsules.
