Received my S4 focus pods today. The envelope has been opened at the bottom the box of pods opened and pods were upside down. In the middle was a small empty Sofi box.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I had the same problem with some passiflora pods, I could understand maybe the bottom of the outer box coming open, but its difficult to actually rip off the cardboard tear strip of the inner box that the pods are in, hopefully it doesnt happen too much, but it did make me wonder, as 2 of the pods werent full
Hi @cbryce54 - thanks for posting and so sorry to hear about your focus capsules. We are redesigning our packing ahead of first customer launch so that capsules, pod, etc each have their own protected section of the box.
Any photos you can send to alex@sofi.health would be hugely helpful, as I can raise this with our fulfilment partner and courier service asap.
@cbryce54 I managed to speak with our shipping partner and apparently as we are switching to new packaging for our subscriptions, we did not have enough boxes to use for all capsules, but did need at least one to prevent the bottles from rattling against one another, so the empty box was the solution!

No problem it was just in case I was not the only one who had their package tampered with and to give you a heads up incase there was maybe a problem brewing in the pipeline somewhere. Glad to know there wasn’t.
My box arrived opened at the bottom too, think I have everything I need (3 sprays + empty box too), but not sure which spray I’m supposed to be starting with…
Mine was the same. But i had a little black card saying to start with number 2.
Hi @AmyPasc - great to see you back here and is glad your focus sprays arrived! Similar to @drmudlark, you should have received a small white journey card with the number of your starting capsule. If you can’t find it, then feel free to flip a coin and/or choose randomly
Unfortunately my package was delivered to the wrong address, I’ll try and work out where but as of yet no joy.
Hi @Eevie - oh no! Was this an error on our end with an old address, or just a postman getting confused? If there’s anything we can do, or if they don’t turn up in the next few days, please let me know as we should have some spares we can send
Hi the address was correct but I think it got put in number 1, I went there but they said they haven’t got it, so I don’t know what’s happened to it.
