Hope you’re having an amazing weekend @cbryce54 … and with achieving amazing and life transformational changes - like how we feel and sleep - well, they are the product of probably some time … and I suspect it may also take some time to nudge them to a better orbit … hoping that our community, journalling, and gentle phyto chemistry can all play their small role in what you will naturally be playing the lead!
