Hello I’ve recieved three sprays today and it says refills on them i dont have a pod? Are they the pod or do i need somerhing to put them in please? As a pioneer I’m very happy to fineally recieve something but not sure how to use them as i cant read very well anyone who can inlighten me with simple instructions would be most greatful

They are the capsules. You will need a pod to put them in because it is this which communicates with the app via bluetooth.
