Hi im new herr my name is gabi. I am 27 and have suffered with insomnia since 13. I am sick and tired of having little to no sleep every night. My partner is very supportive but hates that im never in bed. Sometimes even though i know im not gunna sleep i go to bed just to be in my mans arms as he does. I get so jealous of him when he sleeps and i cant!! Anyway im from the uk, is anyone here experiencing insomnia too??

But i am finding the first sprays this year (Ashwagandha) pretty helpful
