Hi everyone I have booked my holiday for this year and I will be setting up some goals for myself, like sticking with my Weekley routine at my church, repenting for all my sin’s, helping other people before rewarding myself and praying at least 4 times a day 
all in the name of Jesus Christ so if nobody has told you that they love you this year, then I and Jesus love you all. Happy New year everyone

Very happy for you,but this health program i think esp in tree house which is a safe space , we all respectfully try and steer clear of any personal religious or political views and focus on our journey with Sofi for better sleep and health Sir.I wish you all the best in your New Year.
