Result!! I’ve found it to work pretty much instantly as well. In fact so well I’ve had to reduce the sprays to three a night as I’m sleepy all day long

@vincent, I’ll probably do the same (reduce the spray to three a night) - as I become too calm and mellow and makes me so relaxed and somehow careless - like saying whatever, who cares!
