Everyones different, valerian wasn’t great for me, but I’ve found that passiflora is really good for me, and is a better taste, ashwagandha helped me to drop off quite quickly, tastes not so great, all in all as we are so different you won’t know which helps until you try them, I’ve chosen passiflora for my subscription as that’s what works best for me, good luck in finding the one that works great for you
