Day 2 on my spray

Well it’s day 2 and my sleep is getting a little better and I’m feeling a little bit anxious
Just want this tired feeling to go away

What one are you using? I’m trying passiflora and am on day 3. Feel my sleep is less Disturbed, but it’s a very subtle effect. I think you need to give it the full ten days though to see if it benefits you. Most drugs whether herbal or otherwise tend to need time to show their effects.

Passiflora works well for me too, but it does work better after its had time to get into your system too, i find 5 or 6 sprays 20 mins before bed works well for me, rather than 3 after evening meal and 3 before bed, were all different and everyone will find their own way of msking it work. I found valerian wasn’t too much of a help, but ashwagandha helped me to fall asleep quicker, passiflora is the one that helps me to sleep better, i hope you find what works best for you, merry christmas
