Have reached an exciting stage in my journey…a sofi pebble to be posted. But I now realise that it is all geared up for USA and to get the system to accept an address in UK with a post code is not possible. So am thinking my little pebble might not actually find its new welcoming home
Were you in US before? I dont know what your situation is but everything is posted from UK and a great many pioneers are in UK so i think it should be possible to log your UK address, providing that you will be here a while.
The pebble is sent out to make sure that the more expensive sprays and pod will reach you, but if you are travelling ?? that could be a problem because you will be down for the next batch of the product and i dont know exactly when that will be (the extracts will have to be processed and packaged).

Hi no never lived in USA. I live permanantly in UK but trying to add my address doesnt work…cant put postcode in so presumed this was not a UK based organisation
It is, definitely based in UK, but sofi does ship to the States and other countries.
Maybe try again with your postcode? Make sure there isn’t an extra space at the end or at the beginning and there probably should be a space between the 2 parts of the postcode.
Apart from that i dont know what else to suggest right now but one of the team will be along to help you, hopefully tomorrow.
Ive just signed up and had the same problem as the postcode box only allows numbers and not letters. I just added my postcode at the end of my address in the first box. Hope this helps. We’ll see if anything shows up. I hope so cos im at my wits end with stupid insomnia!

It’s very strange that the app is preventing you from toggling between letters and numbers… if possible, it would be a huge help to get a screenshot of how this looks for you. There is a space to update your address anytime, via the account settings of your app.
You can find this by going to profile () in the top right, scrolling all the way down to account settings, and the choosing the option “address”
In addition, I wasn’t able to match your email from the treehouse to an account within the sofi app. When you have a moment, if you could privately DM me with the email address associated with your sofi account, I’ll be able to check behind the scenes and make sure that we can edit your address into the correct format in the meantime, so that you don’t experience any shipping delays!
PS it’s a great idea to use the same email for your treehouse and sofi app accounts, as this way you’ll earn sofi seeds based on your activity in the community.
