I have completed my 10 day journal but have not received my pebble confirm my postal address?
Hi Paul welcome to the community, have you received your email after your 10 days completion to give your address for them to ship out the Sofi surprise?

Last we spoke, you mentioned they weren’t showing up in spam either, meaning the problem is likely an automatic filter or firewall issue.
As a go-around, if you have an alternate email you could use, I’d be able to update your preferences so you can receive our mail there, as well as forward any missed emails there. I’ve also sent you a DM to confirm your address manually and I’ll liaise with @bee in order to get your pebble on its way to you asap!

@alexwalkerjones I finally discovered that my webmail (Virgin media) were blocking and sending the Sofi emails to my online spam folder. I have added the the email@example.com to my online address book, but the other email address is not valid. The other email I was recommended to add to my contacts was send.sofi.health. Is the @ supposed to be between send and sofi instead of the full stop? Thus firstname.lastname@example.org, not send.sofi.health ?

I’m actually fairly certain that so long as you’ve managed to request them to no longer be sent to spam you should be good to go. email@example.com is the correct email they will be arriving from, so no need to worry about the send.sofi.health domain.
Shall I resend an email to you now and we run a test?
I think that sending another email to test would be prudent.
