The tree house used to be buzzing with posts. Now there are rarely new comments to read. Where has everyone gone? It seems like no-one posts messages or information any more. Maybe everyone now has great sleep and doesn’t feel the need to comment. Just curious!

Such a shame. It used to be a buzzing place to be. No updates on the programme for ages. Wondering whether I should continue with logging my sleep at this point.

I was wondering the same. I have just requested to cancel my plan as I would like to take a break from the program for a few months to see if my sleep pattern improves or not.

I too have been wondering what’s going on with sofi. Are they still going to release new plants? Camomile was supposed to be next, but I have heard nothing about when it will come out. the few posts that have been placed have not been answered by any of the sofi staff. Am I just wasting my time by recording my sleep every day?

Previously the treehouse was monitored by Sofi people and replies were almost immediate. No longer the case. Maybe the treehouse has moved onto a new platform and everyone else knows except us. All the old regulars have disappeared. Weird.

I think we need to record it … Iim sure, sofi’s team will come back and explain the pause. Regardless, we need to share and sleep. Let’s do our part which is related to our wellness and health at the moment. So happy to see you all here … xx

Whew! Glad to know it’s not just me. I was starting to worry. Suddenly I am not getting the Sofi summary emails sent to me, and my very few questions in the app have not been replied to. Then I came here into the treehouse on my laptop and could not figure out how to change my profile photo (I think that was just me! Tech challenged, I later figured it out!). I started to wonder if I had offended someone and been quietly terminated! 
So odd. Also one of my messages was about still not getting notifications on the app, which I had been told was being fixed a few months ago, but I am still not getting them.
Hi Cathy. Thanks for sharing that information. I had similar thoughts. I sort of assumed sofi had moved away from here to another platform that I hadn’t been told about. Everyone who used to post on here, almost daily, must be somewhere. I still find it odd and confusing.
Did YOU get a reply from anyone? Since I have not been getting replies in general.
I agree. I was puzzled from no replies on the app, then logged in here on my computer…you can probably get here from app, but such is my low tech brain, i just do what i have figured out to in the past! 
When I got here and saw almost no posts since February, I too found that very odd. But when I saw your message, then I felt a little less outed! I thought perhaps since I was not getting results with sofi so far and had slowly started to forget to do my logs since the notifications stopped, that maybe I had been quietly let go. But since you are saying you are also confused, who knows. I have never been good at navigating this website, so my weak attempts to find if there were any updates about switching elsewhere or the team going on vacation, have come up empty handed so far. However, would be good to know if we are no longer included, then no need to do sofi logs. Strange.

They are clearly all still there. Just not communicating with us. Maybe now that it is a business, with clients and customers, bringing in money rather than a research project with the need to gain feedback, and get promotion and publicity, the treehouse no longer serves a purpose.

Still here myself just had alot going on since december, deaths and all sorts of mental breakdowns ive found myself not wanting to talk really 
i did reach out to alex at the start of the year but never had a reply unfortunately. I hope those who are still about are all okay!

Could be. TBH it never crossed my mind that they are here but not answering. It seems like the other sofi users who used to post, have stopped, so that made me wonder what happened. As far as staff goes, yes I suppose your deduction makes sense. But odd that staff do not return messages at all…would expect maybe longer wait times. Anyways, I guess we can surmise all we like…but hopefully the answer will come to light sooner rather than later. At least Aaron is still here with us!

Hi Aaron. I too am sorry to hear that you are having a rough time. One of my friends has had a lot of deaths happening in her group of people as well. It seems like every time I talk to her she is attending another funeral. Hoping that the universe sends some support your way to help you cope.
