I am one of the Sofi original pioneers. I have tried all three of the formulas that were created, and none of them have helped me with my sleep or anxiety. I was under the impression that as new formulas came out, if we had not been helped by any of the previous ones, that we would be able to trial the new ones for free. Is this still the case? And will new ones come out at some point? Do I need to keep filling out my journal daily indefinitely in order to be eligible to try a new formula? I have been filling it out everyday for a long time, but it doesn’t make sense to keep doing that if it’s going to be a long time before a new formula is released. Please advise me what’s going to happen and what I need to do to continue to be eligible for a new formula. I see no place any longer to message Sofi on the website like there used to be. If I’m missing something please let me know. Thank you.
It’s lovely to hear from you @kteach99 and we are just preparing to activate sofi. I think the fact that you were one of the 12 percent of none responders to Season 01 makes you a great candidate for Season 02 formulations when they come out. I think it will be a little while before Season 02 (chamomile, lemon balm, hops and Tulsi) comes out so if you like the journalling I would encourage you to keep doing it only in as much as we have now pretty significant evidence that simply journalling (becoming more self aware) begins to impact how you feel and sleep. Let me know if you want to see the paper on that. But it would be a pleasure to get you the next batch, later in 2025. Thx for being with us for the development journey. This year we are going to take sofi commercially live and love to have you thoughts on some of the decisions we are making to see what you think. 
Thanks for your response. I feel that the journaling is increasing my anxiety and I would like to discontinue it at least until it’s time for new formulas to be released. Will I still be eligible for the new formulas if I stop journaling for now? Thank you.
